Certified by WEConnect International.

On December 20, 2019, we were recognized by WEConnect International. As a company where women play an active role, we aim to expand our business globally in the future.

August 26 and 27, 2021 I attended the 1st APAC Conference (Weconnect International Asia Pacific Conference).
During the two-day conference, you will be able to participate in insightful discussions, learn from pioneering multinational companies, and connect with relevant women executives.
We will also explore solutions to drive supplier diversity and inclusion innovation, narrow the gender gap, and increase market access opportunities for women business owners to sell their goods and services to large buyers, especially after COVID-19.
You will learn about the progress made so far.
The matchmaking event will bring together relevant buyers and sellers to progress potential development and business opportunities.
Here is a video of our introduction to the day.

About WEConnect International

WEConnect International is a non-governmental, non-profit organization promoting supplier diversity, founded in 2009, with its international headquarters in Washington, DC.

According to a World Bank study, one-third of the world's private companies are owned by women.
Women make up half of the population and have the power to make or influence 85% of all purchases.

Despite this, the amount paid to such women-owned companies is still less than 1% of the global average of total spending by the world's large corporations and governments on their suppliers.

WEConnect International is the only organization in the world that certifies and provides market access to women-owned and operated businesses by connecting them to the supply chains of large corporations.

Since the establishment of the Japan chapter in 2018, supplier diversity activities have been in full swing in this country.
WEConnect International is dedicated to creating opportunities for women business owners in Japan to grow through educational activities, matchmaking with large corporations, and exchange of ideas to increase the competitiveness of women-owned businesses.

We received our WBE accreditation in December 2019 and officially signed a contract with a major global company in December 2020.
Now that we have been certified as a WBE, we hope to face new opportunities with unashamed behavior, honest work, and a positive attitude as a certified company.

※Supplier Diversity = Diversity in Procurement
An effort to ensure that women-, minority-, LGBT-, and disability-owned businesses have opportunities to provide goods and services within the supply chains of large corporations.
